I grew up in a family that invested in real estate, spending my childhood showing apartments and changing HVAC filters at a young age. Thirteen years ago, I officially started my investing career with house hacking, using my primary residence as an income-generating asset.

Since then, I have completed multiple rehabs and successfully invested out of state in Wisconsin and Florida. My portfolio includes long-term rentals, medium-term rentals, and short-term rentals, allowing me to diversify my investments and adapt to different market conditions.

I have also purchased properties at auction and used the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method to scale my investments by recycling capital. With my background in hospitality and extensive experience in real estate, I’ve built a business that optimizes rental properties for both guests and investors alike.
